Symitra’s Overview

Within this Prodoscore case study is the interview of Greg Carreon, the VP of Information Technology from Specialty Lighting Group who details his experiences with switching to the Google Cloud platform, powered by G Suite. Carreon’s company greatly benefitted from G Suite, but it needed a significant push in keeping his employees productive and ultimately encouraged to work. Prodoscore altogether altered the behavior of Specialty Lighting Group’s employees, motivating them to all fully adopt G Suite and migrate off of legacy systems, while providing basic training and guidance if need be. Additionally, Prodoscore guaranteed administrators with visibility into their employees’ user activity across G Suite and by utilizing a simple productivity score.
